		<description>Vicki, you must mean the WMNF Recreation Pass, not the national parks fees. The WMNF Rec Pass is probably misnamed since it&#039;s _really_ a parking pass. It&#039;s called a recreation pass, but you need to display it to _park_ regardless of what you actually are doing.
